Dairy Well 

All employees must sign an agreement annually indicating:

1. They will provide care and respect to all animals
2. They will immediately report any situations in which an animal is mistreated
3. They understand mistreating an animal or failure to report an observed incidence of abuse will result in their dismissal

Templates are provided as a guideline; farms may write their own as long as minimum content is met.

National Dairy FARM Program ​​

All employees must sign an agreement annually indicating:

1. They have received training in animal handling and stockmanship
2. They agree to care for all animals humanely and respectfully and will not participate in animal abuse
3. They will report any abuse to the farm manager if they witness it

This form is a Phase One Priority Level and is thus one of the minimum criteria for participation in the FARM Program.
